Lounge
KIKO's lounge is a place where people get together and talk, which is the best part of guest houses. It's an open and spacious space where guests share the story of their travel and eat together with locals and staffs. Sometimes we hold an event everyone can join without booking. Feel free to join it. Of course you can just chill out alone if you want.
《About renting the lounge》
We rent our lounge as an event space. You can use it for a seminar, a workshop, and an event. Commercial use is also available, but it is limited for an open event where our guests can also join.
◆The room spec
The size is 35㎡, which is suitable for an event with 10 - 20 people.
Equipped with an air conditioner, a projector and a screen, a kitchen, tables and chairs. The fee of each equipment is all included in the price.
◆Available time
It is availlable from 15 to 22. Renting time includes preparation and cleaning time.
We rent the lounge by hour.
◆Fee
Monday to Thursday：1,000yen／hour（including tax）
Friday, Saturday,Sunday, National holiday：1,500yen／hour（including tax）
＊We may be able to reduce the price by co-holding the event. We judge it depending on the content, so please contact to us.
（Ex：An event where the participants will be expected to stay at KIKO, an event whose fee is almost the same as the preparation fee, a gathering with locals.)
