The moon and the crane are the metaphor of Orihime and Hikoboshi respectively.
We wish this room become the place of encounter for people from various places.

The idea of a deer drawn on the wall comes from a deer at Kinka mountain in Ishinomaki.

Humpback whales raise their children in warm sea in winter, and move to food-rich polar regions in summer. They spend their entire life while traveling.
They are also known that they sing and communicate with their fellows by the song. The image of them personally matched with that of travelers getting together at a guest house.

The city get excited at the soulful performance of Jazz men every year.
Of course professional bands' performance is great, but I am stunned by local bands' great skill and the heat of the performance, which are transmuted by their daily effort they made just for that festival taking time out from their busy schedule.
I drew the bandsmen wishing this space would become a place where people can enjoy drinking.

I designed this room sincerely so that the meaning and wishes behind paper cranes can be delivered to many people. Paper cranes contain "the wish for the receiver"and "the wish for peace". I hope people who stay in this room can communicate and connect through paper cranes.
